Job Summary:

•  We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our products.
• This role will ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations, as well as support our operations team in managing product lifecycles and addressing technical issues.
• The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and able to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required. Some evening or weekend work may be needed for product installations or urgent repairs.
• Physical requirements may include lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication in regional language , basic English
• Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role within a product-based company.
• Strong knowledge of the company’s products, systems, or machinery (specific product knowledge as required).
• Relevant to glass windows, upvc, DTH dish, carpentry, a/c installation, R.O.Installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical certifications or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• 2 wheeler must.
